Alisa Lebensohn is a 30-year attorney with extensive legal experience in both Florida and New York State. Raised in Long Island, Alisa practiced law in the public and private sectors of New York City for two decades before moving to South Florida in January 2012 to raise her child close to extended family, deciding to secure Florida bar admission and subsequently practicing law in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade counties. ​

Alisa’s experience over the course of three decades practicing in several areas of civil law including litigation, family law (prenups/postnups, divorce, custody disputes and asset dissolution), medical malpractice, and small business management provides a significant advantage to estate planning clientele; clients are encouraged to consider their asset protection and legacy strategy from multiple perspectives so as to optimize financial outcome and minimize risk. Alisa’s estate plans are tailored to the unique needs of each client, factoring in professional and personal concerns for the individual and the extended family.

 

As a parent of an active middle schooler and the proud daughter of immigrants from two different continents, Alisa cherishes her role in servicing South Florida’s vibrant community and is passionate about helping clients from all walks of life achieve personal security as they build their families, travel, acquire personal wealth, and plan for the future. A dual citizen of the United States and Israel, Alisa provides legal services to both English and Hebrew speaking clients in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, with a special commitment to assisting New Yorkers who are relocating to the Sunshine State.
